摘　　要：在介绍汽轮机调速系统静特性的基础上,对汽轮机电液控制系统不等率与迟缓率的测定方法进行讨论,并提出一种可以较为准确测取汽轮机调速系统在不同负荷点的速度不等率的直接测定法。Based on the introduction of static properties of governing system, research on test methods of speed droop and delay rate of DEH for steam turbine machines has been made, one directing measurement with higher accuracy for speed droop of governing system at different load point is offered.
