摘　　要：随着网络的发展,传统的HTML和AJAX技术都面临着诸多不足,本文介绍了Sil-verlight的优势,并基于Silverlight技术实现了教师招聘管理功能,该系统将特定的功能以优质的效果呈现在浏览器上。With the development of internet, traditional tech- nology like HTML, AJAX has many disadvantages. The advantage of Silverlight technology is introduced in the article, and based this technology, the teacher＇s recruitment management system is developed. In the system, the high quality picture effect is presented on the client side browser.
