合村并居中农村居民点土地整理模式研究——以德州市为例

摘　　要：土地整理是新农村建设的基础.在总结我国村庄合并主要内容、形式,分析农村居民点建设存在的问题基础上,对德州市合村并居中农村居民点土地整理按照作业模式、组织模式、资金筹集模式提出区域农村居民点土地整理模式和政策建议,期望对区域合村并居建设工程研究提供参考.Land consolidation is the foundation of the new countryside construction. Based on the summary of village incorporation content and form, and analysis of problems in rural residential construction, the paper proposed rural residential land consolidation model and recommendation on the operation mode, organization pattern and fund procurement mode in village incorporation of Dezhou, to provide reference to regional village incorporation project.
