胃镜下高频电治疗声带息肉24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜下高频电治疗声带息肉的临床效果及应用价值。方法 24例声带息肉均经门诊间接喉镜检查确诊,对直径<0.5 cm且不带蒂的声带息肉行胃镜下高频电凝治疗,直径≥0.5 cm或带蒂息肉行胃镜下高频电切治疗,治疗后1周复查,随访1年,观察局部创面愈合、症状缓解及复发情况。结果 24例术后病理检查结果证实均为声带息肉。治疗1周后症状明显缓解或消失,大部分创面愈合良好,无局部出血、粘连及病变残留,声带完整,声门闭合正常,1年后复查无一例复发,治愈率为100.0%。结论胃镜下高频电治疗声带息肉操作简单、安全、有效,在基层医院可代替电子喉镜,可充分利用医疗资源。Objective To explore the implementation of the electronic high-frequency electric-gastroscopic treatment of vocal cord polyps and value of its clinical efficacy.Methods 24 patients were diagnosed by indirect laryngoscopy in OP department,the diameter of 0.5 cm with no vocal cord polyp pedicle line gastroscope was treated under high-frequency coagulation,pedicle diameter ≥0.5 cm or gastroscope high-frequency power line was cut,reexamined 1 week after treatment review,and was followed-up for 1 year.Wound healing,symptom relief and recurrence were observed.Results Pathologic examination results of the 24 patients were confirmed of vocal cord polyp.1 week after treatment,the symptoms were relieved or disappeared and most of the wounds healed well with no local bleeding,adhesions and residual lesion.Vocal cords were complete and glottis closed well with no recurrence after a one-year follow-up.The cure rate was 100.0%.Conclusion High-frequency gastroscopic treatment of vocal cord polyp is simple,safe,effective,and in some grass-root hospitals,it can replace electronic laryngoscope so that medical resources are fully utilized.
