摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析理论的SO、WO、ST、WT策略,对联勤某分部8所中小医院建设发展面临的形势进行了SWOT矩阵分析,对军队中小医院发展的战略抉择进行初步探讨,根据分部医院建设发展的实际情况,在SWOT分析的基础上制定医院的发展方向和措施,以提高医院服务质量。This article uses SWOT analysis theory,which includes SO,WO,ST,WT strategy,to analyze the construction and development strategies of 8 small and medium-sized hospitals of PLA.This study discusses and researches development strategy of the small and medium-sized military hospitals according to the actual construction and development of the hospitals to determine the development direction and measures of the hospitals on the basis of the SWOT analysis and to improve the quality of hospital services.
