摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理措施。方法对21例脑卒中并发DVT患者,采取抗凝、抗血小板聚集、活血化瘀及正确体位,加强基础护理,予以合理营养支持。结果除2例放弃治疗、1例死于多脏器功能衰竭外,19例均达到临床治疗效果,无并发症发生。结论对脑卒中患者及早采取护理措施,可有效减少瘫痪肢体深静脉血栓的形成,提高患者生存质量。Objective To probe the nursing measure that the supernatural vein thrombus forms after the brain soldier. Methods The patient erupting DVT simultaneously of 21 brains soldier were selected. Anticoagulatorily, resisting assembling, invigorating blood circulation silt and correct body posture of blood platelet, strengthening basic nursing and rational nutrition were conducted in the patients. Results Among them, 2 patients gave up treating, 1 patient died from many internal ,organs functions depletedly, 19 patients reached the ideal clinical result of treatment, there was no complication taking place. Conclusion We take the measure to treat the patient with early brain soldiers, which can reduce the deep vein thrombus and improve patient＇s quality of surviving effectively.
