摘　　要：目的通过对河北省农村居民基本公共卫生服务均等化项目及健康相关知识的知晓率调查,了解河北省农村居民对基本公共卫生服务项目及健康相关知识的知晓情况及知晓途径,为有效地落实和推动河北省基本公共卫生服务均等化项目及掌握相关健康知识提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查,抽取河北省21所乡镇,随机对315名农村居民(含卫生院患者、家属及医护工作者等)进行基本公共卫生服务均等化项目和基本健康知识知晓率及知晓途径的问卷调查。结果调查结果显示河北省农村居民基本公共卫生服务均等化项目的知晓率为28.25%,且被调查者对项目的具体实施内容和实施情况的知晓率呈现普遍偏低且分布不均的状况;对河北省农村居民健康相关知识的问卷调查显示,被调查者对不同类型的健康知识知晓率情况存在差异,且不同职业被调查者的知晓率差异有统计学意义;农村居民的知晓途径主要是通过宣传资料的发放。结论调查结果分析确定了突出重点环节进一步加大项目及健康知识的宣传;采取多种形式注重宣传效果;将基本公共卫生服务均等化工作作为一种社会职责,全民参与;将农村居民对项目及相关健康知识的知晓率作为绩效评价的重要指标等建议,以确保河北省基本公共卫生服务均等化项目目标全面、有效地实现。Objective To investigate the awareness of the equalization of basic public health services project and health related knowledge among rural residents in Hebei province and colude the awareness rate and the acquiring channel of related knowledge, then provide the basis for the effective implementation of the project and mastering the relevant health knowledge. Methods 315 rural residents （including hospital patients and their families, healthcare workers） in 21 villages in Hebei province were selected randomly to investigate the awareness rate and the acquiring channel of the related knowledge with questionnaile. Results The rural residents＇ awareness rate of the project in Hebei province was 28.25%, and the awareness rate of the project content and implementation was generally low; the respondents＇ awareness rate for different types of health knowledge was different, the rate of various occupation had significant difference; the rural residents got to know the related information mainly through publicity. Conclusion According to the results of the survey, we must increase the propaganda of the project and the related health knowledge; adopt various forms and emphasize the effect; the equalization of basic public health services must work as a social responsibility, all the people must be involved; the awareness rate of the project and related health knowledge of the rural residents is an important index in the performance assessment in order to ensure the equalization of basic public health services project to complete effectively in Hebei.
