摘　　要：篮球中锋的选材和训练是篮球队建设的重要组成部分,教练员应根据本队的特点培养具有本队特色的中锋队员。本文运用文献资料法对篮球运动员中锋的选材和训练进行了论述,并得出了相关结论。Basketball center＇s selection and training are important parts of basketball team construction,and the trainer should train the center according to the team＇s characteristics.This paper discusses basketball center＇s selection and the training by the method of literature material and draws related conclusions.
