摘　　要：科研成果转化是一个系统工程,实现"官"、"产"、"学"、"研"一体化是推动高校科研成果转化的重要途径。但省属高校科研成果在转化过程中遭遇尴尬———科研实力较弱,科研成果的科技含量低,市场需求量小。本文立足于省属高校科研成果转化率低的现实,提出提升省属高校的科研创新能力是省属高校科研成果转化的重要基石。省属高校应从深化科研机构改革、完善科研管理机制、加强科技创新平台建设、加强人才队伍建设等方面提升创新能力。The transformation of scientific research achievements is a systematic project,and the integration of ＂government＂,＂enterprise＂,＂school＂,＂scientific research organization＂ is an important way for colleges and universities to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements.There are some problems such as weak scientific research ability,low technical quality and low market demand in the transformation of scientific research achievements in provincial colleges and universities.Based on low transformation rate of scientific research achievement in provincial colleges and universities,the paper states that enhancing provincial colleges and universities＇ scientific research innovation ability is the important base of scientific research achievements transformation.Provincial Colleges and universities should deepen the reform of institutions,perfect scientific research management mechanism,strengthen science and scientific research innovation platform construction,and strengthen the talent team construction to improve innovation ability.
