摘 要:通过加入微量元素研究了1 种高强韧性耐磨铸钢榨螺;结果表明,这种高强韧性耐磨铸钢榨螺,在基本硬度HRC 保持在51-6 的条件下,抗拉强度和无缺口冲击韧性分别达到1 850 MPa 和146 J/cm 2,完全满足大型榨油机的使用要求;与原渗碳钢榨螺相比,高强韧性耐磨铸钢榨螺的使用寿命提高2 倍以上,材料利用率提高了132 % ,生产成本大幅度降低。A wear resistant cast steel with high strength and toughness for pressing bolts have been investigated by adding trace elements in present work The results show that ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and unnotched impact toughness of the wear resistant cast steel with high strength and toughness could achieve 1 850 MPa and 146 J/cm 2 respectively,while the hardness of matrix was kept at HRC 51.6 These properties could meet the demand for a large sized oil press perfectly Compared with the original carburizing steel for pressing bolts,the service life of the wear resistant cast steel was increased by more than 2 times The ratio of material utilization was increased by 132% Production cost were reduced obviously
