加强医德医风建设的对策探讨

摘　　要：医德医风建设是医疗卫生事业发展的永恒主题。由于社会及医疗行业内部环境多种因素影响,当前医务人员的医德医风存在着许多不令人满意的地方。改善医德医风应当加大领导力度,营造齐抓共管的良好局面;重视教育培训,全面提高医务人员的整体素质;实施综合治理,纠建并举规范医疗行为;健全规章制度,完善医德医风质控体系;强化社会监督,构建医德医风建设的长效机制。The construction of medical ethics and practice is a eternal theme of the development of medical and health undertakings. Influenced by many kinds of social surroundings and inside surroundings in medical trade, at present, medical ethics and practice of medical workers are not satisfied, we must increase leadership efforts, create a good situation of concerted efforts. We must attach importance to education and training to improve integrated quality of medical staff, implement comprehensive administration. Correction and construction are carried on simultaneously to regulate medical practices, perfect regulatory framework and quality control system of the medical ethics and practice. Some specific measures on strengthening the construction of medical ethics and practice are mentioned in strengthening social supervision, building long-term mechanism of the construction of medical ethics and practice and other aspects.
