摘　　要：随着经济发展模式的转变,各地方政府将发展生产性服务业作为推动本地产业升级和优化的途径之一。江苏省作为传统的经济大省,在制造业基础、服务业发展环境以及人才资源等方面具有优势,为生产性服务业的发展提供了良好条件。江苏也面临传统服务业比例过大、硬件设施不足、软件环境差、地区差异大等挑战。合理发展生产性服务业对江苏省至关重要,是决定其经济转型的关键环节。With the transformation of economic development mode, the development of manufacturing service industry will promote local industrial u foundation of manufacturing industry pgrading.
