摘  要:现有的CCD像元数有限,不能满足覆盖大视场的要求,需要对CCD进行拼接。设计了不同于传统的机械拼接与光学拼接交错式机械拼接方法,在可见、红外波段进行了带多谱段滤光片,滤光片上划分为4个光谱成像条带,两侧具有全透边缘的4片CCD拼接实验。实验结果表明,该拼接方法的搭接精度小于2μm,平行度误差小于2μm,在可见光范围内,单片共面性达到1μm,四波段内单片CCD最大共面性优于5μm,4片CCD器件Z轴拼接平面误差优于±4μm,满足相机的成像要求。该方法在多谱段相机中得以应用,为更大视场、更宽谱段相机的研制提供了可行性依据。Because the limited pixel numbers of the current CCDs can not meet the requirement of large field of view,so two or more CCDs should be stitched together.In the paper,an interleaving stitching method between the mechanical and optical,different from traditional one,is designed wherein four CCDs with visible/ infrared spectrum trip are stitched.The experimental results show that with the method,the stitching error is less than 2 μm,parallel error less than 2 μm.In the visible spectrum,the coplanar error of the single CCD is less than 1 μm,while the coplanar error between the four CCD is less than 5 μm and the coplanar error in Z axis direction is less than ±4 μm.The indexes can meet imaging requirements of the camera.The method has been is applied to the multiple spectrum camera,and it offer the supports for the development of camera with the lager field of view and wider spectrum.
