摘 要:并联电容器组作为变电站的主要无功补偿装置,长时间处于高温高压环境中,由于绝缘老化等原因,电容器的介质强度会逐渐降低,加之电容器的极间瞬时过电压,电容器内部的薄弱元件可能会发生击穿,导致电容器损坏。通过建立10 kV电容器组的元件击穿模型,分析了故障后的电容器中性点的电位偏移以及电容器的过电压特征。根据某典型变电站10 kV并联电容器组的接线方式和电气参数,应用EMTDC/PSCAD对电容元件击穿故障进行建模仿真,并对仿真结果进行了详细地分析。As the main substation reactive power compensation device,the shunt capacitor exposes to high temperature and high-voltage environment.With the insulation aging and other reasons,the capacitor dielectric strength will gradually decrease,coupled the transient over-voltage between the capacitor.The weak capacitor component may break down,which damage the capacitor.In this paper,a component breakdown model of 10 kV shunt capacitor is established,which to analyze the failure of the capacitor neutral point potential shift and over-voltage feature.According to a typical substation 10 kV shunt capacitor wiring and electrical parameters,the application of EMTDC/PSCAD component breakdown of the capacitor fault is modled and simulated,and the simulation results are analyzed clearly.
