摘 要:微富氧燃烧是将氧气和空气混合后,使之呈现微富氧状态,再送入炉膛进行燃烧。与富氧燃烧相比,微富氧燃烧所需氧量大为减小,经济性更优。利用热重分析技术,对微富氧条件下煤粉的燃烧特性进行了研究。结果表明,随着氧浓度增加,煤粉的燃烧特性曲线向低温区移动,综合燃烧特性指数S逐渐上升。和富氧燃烧的对比研究表明,在相同的氧浓度下,由于N2和CO2的物性差异,煤粉的微富氧燃烧特性要优于富氧燃烧。但在较高的氧浓度下,两种气氛的燃烧特性差别不大。同时,探讨了微富氧条件下不同煤种燃烧特性的差异。The air enrichment combustion which mixes air with oxygen is the enriched oxygen combustion in the furnace.Compared with oxy-fuel combustion,the air enrichment combustion has lower oxygen consumption and a reasonable cost.Thermo-gravimetric technique was used to study the combustion characteristics of pulverized coal under air enrichment conditions.The results showed that with the increase of oxygen concentrate,the combustion characteristic of pulverized coal curves moved to the lower temperature region,and the index S was improved.Compared with oxy-fuel combustion in the same oxygen content,the combustion characteristics of air enrichment was better than that of oxy-fuel combustion due to the differences of physical properties between N2 and CO2.However,under higher oxygen content,the advantage of the air enrichment combustion is not apparent.Meanwhile,the different features of coals under air enrichment condition were discussed.
