摘　　要：简介南钢30000m^3／h外压缩空分设备氩馏分的影响因素，并提出了氩馏分的调节方法。讲述了氩馏分抽取量对精馏工况的影响，总结出氩馏分抽取量调整的方案。分析氩馏分与氮塞的关系，简述氮塞发生的原因、调整手段及预防措施。The factors influencing argon fraction of 30000 m^3/h external compression air separation unit are introduced and adjustment method is put forward. Adjustment scheme is summarized based on effeeting extraction amount of argon fraction on operating conditions of distillation. By analyzing the relationship between the argon fraction and nitrogen block, the reasons of nitrogen block, adjustment method and precautionary measure are presented.
