摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法计量奶山羊粪便中赤霉酸(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和玉米素(Z)4种植物激素的方法.运用Hypersil-ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,计量GA3I,AA,ABA的流动相为乙腈+磷酸;计量Z的流动相为乙腈+三乙胺;柱温35℃,GA3和IAA计量波长为208 nm,ABA为262 nm,Z为270 nm,流速1ml/min.计量结果表明,在此实验条件下能使奶山羊粪中GA3I,AA,ABA和Z 4种植物激素得到较好的分离,含量分别为6.483624μg/g,1.404628μg/g,0.1692108μg/g,0.340468 ng/g.A high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to metering 4 kinds of plant hormones of gibberellic acid (GA3), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA) and zeatin (Z) in Shannan white Goat. A Hypersil,ODS C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μ m) column was used with solution of ethylnitrile-phosphoric acid and ethylnitrile-triethylamine as mobil phase for detection GA3, IAA,ABA and Z; Column temperature was 35℃. Metering wavelength was 208 nm for GA3 and IAA, 262 nm for ABA, 270 nm for Z. The velocity of flow was lml/min. The results showed that 4 kinds of plant hormones were well separated. The contents of GA3, IAA, ABA and Z were respectively 为 6.483624 μ g/g, 1.404628 μ g/g,0.1692108 μ g/g,0.340468 ng/g.
