资源型地区可持续发展问题探讨——基于对陕西省志丹县的调研

摘　　要：当前资源型地区经济发展面临着环境约束的难题,而陕西省志丹县作为资源型地区,在发展实践中积累了一些经验,给我们提供了一些有益启示。即,资源型地区实现经济社会的持续健康发展,需要转变领导干部执政理念,树立绿色发展观;推进经济转型,实现经济与环境的良性发展;大力加强环境保护,提高经济发展成效;积极发展民生事业,为经济社会的持续健康发展提供有力保障。In modern times, resource area is confronted with the dilemma of economic development and environmental protection. So it is becoming an important issue how to guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of resource area. The Zhidan County of Shaanxi Province, as a resource area, has accumulated some experiences in development practice and can provide some useful inspiration for us. Concretely speaking, whether sustainable and healthy development in the resource area can be realized depends on the following factors： transforming of the leading cadres＇ruling concept into green development concept; promoting of economic transition to realize the development both economy and environment; strengthening of the environmental protection to improve economic efficiency; and developing of people＇s livelihood to provide forceful guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of economy and society.
