芪贞颗粒剂对重型斑秃患者血清皮质醇含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪贞颗粒剂治疗重型斑秃的临床疗效及对血清皮质醇的影响。方法:将90例符合纳入标准的重型斑秃患者随机分为单纯中药组(A组)、单纯西药组(B组)、中西药组(C组),分别接受相应治疗,3个月为1疗程,治疗2个疗程判定疗效,并检测治疗前后血清皮质醇的含量。结果:(1)3组经药物治疗后,其中C组与A组、B组脱发症状积分及临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)3组治疗前后血清皮质醇含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组血清皮质醇含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种疗法治疗肝肾不足型重型斑秃均有效,其中芪贞颗粒剂联合泼尼松治疗肝肾不足型重型斑秃临床疗效显著,芪贞颗粒剂能降低肝肾不足型重型斑秃患者血清皮质醇的含量。Objective： To observe the Qi Zhen granules clinical treatment of severe alopecia areata and its effect on serum cortisol. Methods： 90 patients met the inclusion criteria of severe alopecia areata patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group （A group）, the WM group （B group）, the WM group （C group）, respectively, received appropriate treatment, 3 months for a course , 2 courses of treatment to determine efficacy, and detection of serum cortisol levels. Results： （1） 3 group after drug treatment, including group C and A, B group hair loss symptom score and clinical effects of the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, A group and B group, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）; （2） 3 groups of serum cortisol levels, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; treatment serum cortisol levels after 3, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The three heavy-duty treatment of liver and kidney insufficiency alopecia areata are valid, including Qi Zhen granules prednisone alopecia areata treatment of severe liver and kidney insufficiency significant clinical efficacy, Qi Zhen granules can reduce liver and kidney insufficiency in patients with severe alopecia areata serum cortex alcohol content.
