摘　　要：创意城市的发展离不开创意人才的培养,地方高校作为培养人才的专业机构,对创意人才的培养起着至关重要的作用。文章从地方高校创意人才的培养现状出发,研究当前地方高校创意人才培养的不足,提出了地方高校培养人才的目标,从培养模式建设和教师队伍建设两方面对地方高校创意人才的培养进行了深入探讨。The development of creative city is inseparable from the cultivation of creative talents. As a professional organization of personnel training, local colleges play a vital role. From the present situation of creative personnel training in local colleges, the paper studies the shortage of creative personnel training in local colleges, puts forward the goal of local university personnel training and explores cultivation of creative talents in cocal colleges from two aspects of training model construction and teacher construction.
