手足口病患儿血清细胞因子IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨轻症、重症手足口病患儿血清细胞因子IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β的水平。方法收集手足口病患儿70例,根据病情分为轻症组42例、重症组28例,同时,观察12例重症患儿治疗前后细胞因子的变化。取8例健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测血清细胞因子IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β含量。结果 IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β的数值比较:轻症组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.914、0.367和0.932);重症组和对照组比较IL-13、IL-10有统计学意义、而TGF-β无统计学意义(P值分别为0.057、0.003和0.063);轻症组和重症组比较差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.004、0.003和0.000)。12例重症患儿治疗前后细胞因子水平无显著变化(P值分别为0.724、0.946和0.854)。结论观察手足口病患儿血清的IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β水平对病情判断和治疗有一定的临床价值。Objective To observe the levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in different conditions of children with hand- foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods 70 cases of children with HFMD were average divided into mild group and severe group under the condition, 8 cases of healthy children was taken as control group at the same period. At the same time, observation the levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in 12 cases of severe group before and after the treatment. Results The levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β were compared among three groups, there were no statistically significant differences between cor）troi group and mild group（P=0.914, P=0.367, P=0.932） there were statistically significant differences between mild group and severe group（P=0.004, P=0.003, P=0.000）. There were no significant difference in 12 cases of severe group before and after the treatment（P=0.724, P=0.046, P=0.854）. Conclusion The levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in children with HFMD have some reference value on clinical judgment and treatment.
