摘　　要：关于汉语语法学史的分期及各时期的特点、汉语语法学产生缓慢的原因、汉语语法学的发展及其原因、汉语语法学的发展趋势、对重要语法著作的评价、中国古代有没有语法学等重大学术问题,学界皆有探讨,观点与结论各有异同,但同大于异。给予简要总结评述,有利于今后持续发展。There are discussions on the following academic issues： the phase and features of the history of Chinese grammar, the reasom for the slow existence of Chinese grammar, the development and the conceming motive of Chinese grammar, the trend of the development, the comment on the important grammar works and whether there was grammar or not in ancient Chian. The dis- cussions show more similarties than differences. The paper tries to sum then up briefly to the benefit of the future sustainable de- velopment.
