摘　　要：系统分析了交通战备干部培训特点与需求,设计了交通战备干部分层级分专业培训的组训方案,提出了依托军地现有培训资源建设三级培训基地体系的构想和建设交通战备干部培训体系的对策。This paper analyzes the training features and needs of defence traffic cadre and the training project of the defence traffic cadre according to different levels and specialty designs,it puts forward thought of training base system based on the current military and civilian training resource,brings forward countermeasures of the training system construction for the defence traffic cadre.
