摘　　要：在工程项目建设过程中,协调是管理的核心职能,它作为一种管理方法贯穿于整个项目管理过程。在项目实施过程中各参建方,通过组织协调职能建立起协同工作的机制与和谐的工作模式,保证了建设工程的各项建设目标顺利实现。建立有效的沟通体系,才能使管理意图在整个工程建设的系统中得到良好的传递,统一各方的认识,形成合力促进项目建设目标顺利贯彻,成为项目管理活动实施的前提条件和重要内容。During project construction, coordination is the core function of management. As a management method, it continues throughout the project management process. During project implementation, a collaborative working mechanism and harmonious working mode were established among all involved parties, which ensures the smooth realization of all construction goals of the project. Only through es- tablishment of effective communication system, can management intentions be well transmitted throughout the project construction systems and a common understanding be reached among all parties, which forms a cohesive force to promote the smooth implementation of project construction goals and is the prerequisite and important content of carrying out project management activities.
