摘　　要：ARM是一种16/32位低功耗高性能微处理器,能运行实时多任务的32位Windows CE操作系统.基于ARM/Windows CE的嵌入式系统已广泛应用于许多不同的领域.介绍了基于ARM的嵌入式系统在网络语音通信中的应用,以及如何为Windows CE建立开发平台和设计基于ARM11微处理器Windows CE嵌入式操作系统的应用开发.系统终端使用DM9000网络芯片实现网络信号的传输,采用WM9714实现语音信号的采集和编码,设计了以ARM11嵌入式系统为终端的网络语音对讲系统,并且提供了友好的用户操作界面.ARM is a 16/32-bit low-power and high-performance microprocessor. ARM can run Windows CE which is a 32-bit real-time multitasking operating system. Embedded system based on ARM / Windows CE has been widely applied in many different areas. This paper introduced the application of ARM-based embedded system in network speech communications, and about how to build Windows CE development platform and design applied soft- ware with Windows CE embedded operating system based on ARM11 microprocessor. This design used DM9000 for network signal transmission, and used WM9714 for speech signal acquisition and encoding. The network voice communication system was designed using ARMll embedded system as the terminal, and the user interface is friendly.
