己二酸二异辛酯合成的研究

摘　　要：以己二酸和异辛醇为原料,采用硫酸氢钠作催化剂合成己二酸二异辛酯。考察了影响反应的因素,通过统计学的试验设计方法,确定了酯化反应的最佳条件,产率可达97.55%。Diisooctyl adipate was synthesized with hexane diacid and 2-ethyl hexanol as raw materials and sodium bisulfate as the catalyst. Factors to affect the reaction were investigated by design of experiments, and the best esterification condition was determined. Experimental results indicate that under the best esterification reaction condition,the yield can reach 97.55%.
