摘　　要：针对传统间歇式造气炉存在的问题,提出改造方案。包括造气炉本身,加焦机,相关阀门等,同时还根据生产需要,适当增加测温点,以达到节能降耗,方便生产,安全环保的目的。Propose the transformation plan for problems in traditional intermittent-type gasifiers, including the furnace, coke feeder and related valves etc., and new points for measuring temperature will be added to make the gasifier energy saving and consumption reducing, convenient production, safety and environment protection.
