摘　　要：济钢钢板侧面标识系统包括喷头移动电气自动控制、VIDEOJET字符喷印电气自动控制等系统。根据现场实际及设备特点对系统进行了以下改造:将侧喷设备整体移位至辊道南侧、根据设备现状对其程序进行修改调试、单独开发人机界面应用程序、增设电视监控系统及联锁保护等,改造后系统能够按设计要求喷印出客户满意的标识效果。Jinan Steel’s plate side marking system includes a spray head moving electrical automatic control, VIDEOJET character printing electrical control system. According to the actual site and equipment characteristics, the following transformations were done： shifting the side spray equipment to south of roller bed, reforming the process of present equipment, developing application program of man-machine interface, adding TV monitoring system and interlock protection system etc. After reforming the satisfactory marking effect can be achieved.
