摘 要:随着我国成品油管道的建设和发展,在成品油输送过程中,循环批次和库容就成为影响总投资费用最重要的因素。成品油输送过程中,混油处理是一个重要环节。阐述了顺序输送过程中2种混油处理方式的优缺点。介绍了某成品油管道的概况以及输油任务,运用经济分析法建立数学模型,确定了某成品油管道最优的输油批次以及罐容。对管道设计和优化运行具有一定参考价值。With the construction and development of Chinese product oil pipeline, in the transportation process, the circulation batch and the tank capacity become the most important factors to effect total investment. In the product oil conveying process, the treatment of mixing oil is an important link. The paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of two different treatments of mixing oil in the batch transportation process of product oil. The paper introduces main conditions and task of oil transportation of the product oil pipeline, and uses economic analysis to establish a mathematical model and determines the optimal batch and tank capacity of the product oil pipeline. There is a certain reference value for pipeline's design and optimization operation.
