摘　　要：通过对城市住宅的外部与内部较为普遍的噪声声源的分析,结合已有的室内、室外声音的传播知识,着眼于实际设计时应该考虑的噪声影响问题及控制的方式方法,不拘于具体的数学公式和实验数据,提供了基本的隔声吸声知识和思考策略.Based on the analysis of noise source from the exterior and interior of urban housing, combined with the knowledge of indoor-outdoor sound transmission, this paper pays more attention to actual effect of noise and controlling means and ways, pays less attention to the concrete mathematical formulas and experimental data. This paper puts forward the basic knowledge of sound insulation and absorption, and gives some strategic thinking
