摘　　要：在分析海南房地产发展现状及特殊性的基础上,对海南省房地产信用风险存在的原因进行了系统分析,提出了控制海南省房地产信用风险的策略,为有针对性地控制房地产信用风险提供了思路.Based on the analysis of the present situation, tendency of developments, and particularity of real estate in Hainan province, this paper systematically analyses the cause of real estate credit risk of Hainan, and proposes some control strategies, providing pertinent reference for controlling credit risks.
