葫芦种衣剂的优良配方研究

摘　　要：以不同浓度外源激素为主要成分,辅之以微肥和微量元素对种衣剂配方进行了研究,以葫芦种子的发芽率和发芽势为检测指标,探究葫芦种衣剂的优良配方。结果表明,以吲哚乙酸为激素的葫芦种衣剂更能促进种子萌发,提高发芽势和发芽率,对该种衣剂进一步优化,发现pH值达到6.0,吲哚乙酸的浓度为55 mg/L时,种衣剂对葫芦种子的发芽势和发芽率有显著的促进作用。This experiment mainly study the formula of seed coating agent of Lagenaria siceraria by studying the seed germination and germination rate in different concentrations of exogenous hormones,different weigh and trace elements.The result shows that seed coating agent of IAA can promote germination energy and rate of L.siceraria seed.To further experiment,we found that it is better to make pumpkin seed formula when pH value is 6.0 and concentration of IAA is 55 mg/L.
