摘 要:将丁二酸酐修饰到戊二醛交联的菌体表面,得到了丁二酸酐修饰啤酒废酵母菌修饰菌1,用饱和碳酸氢钠处理得到了修饰菌2.采用FTIR光谱、XPS能谱对修饰菌进行了表征,考察了温度、pH值、吸附时间、浓度对修饰菌吸附Cu2+和Cd2+的影响,研究了修饰及未修饰菌对Cu2+、Cd2+吸附的动力学过程,用准二级动力学方程拟合该吸附过程为单分子层化学吸附.修饰菌对Cu2+、Cd2+的吸附等温线更符合Langmuir等温模式.25℃,pH>4.0时,修饰菌2对Cu2+和Cd2+吸附容量分别为39.1和60.8 mg/g,分别为未修饰菌的3.3和11.5倍.相同条件下,用修饰菌2对含Cu2+、Cd2+的模拟水样处理,去除率>95%.Modified biomass 1 consisting of waste beer, s yeast cross-linked with glutaraldehyde and modified by succinic anhydride was prepared. Subsequently, modified biomass 2 was obtained by treatment of biomass 1 with saturated NaHCO3. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies were used to characterize the modified biomass. The effects of various experimental parameters ( including temperature, initial pH, contact time and the metal ion concentration) were examined. The adsorption process of the pristine and unmodified yeast was investigated by using the pseudo second order kinetic mode ,which pvoved that it was monolayer chemisorption. At 25 ℃ and pH 〉4 ,the adsorption capacities of the modified biomass for Cu2+ and Cd2+ were found to be 39.1 and 60.8 mg/g, respectively, which were about 3.3 and 11.5 times respectively higher than that of the pristine adsorbent. When the biosorbent, modified biomass, was used to treat wastewater , containing Cu2+ and Cd2+ under the same condition, the average removal rate were over 95 %.
