一个具有三手性中心的2D Cu(II)配位聚合物的合成及其结构分析

摘　　要：将手性苏氨酸衍生配体H2L((2S)-3-hydroxy-2-(pyridin-4-ylmethylamino)butanoic acid),Cu(ClO4)2.6H2O和NaOH溶解在混合溶剂DMF/EtOH/H2O中,在65℃条件下反应,得到了手性配位聚合物{[CuL(EtOH)].H2O}n(1)。该化合物具有C、N、Cu三个手性中心,为2D格子状结构,并通过氢键进一步连接形成三维超分子结构。A 2D lattice coordination network {[CuL（EtOH）]·H2O}n（1） has been synthesized with the reaction of chiral threonine derivative H2L （（2S）-3-hydroxy-2-（pyridin-4-ylmethylamino）butanoic acid）, Cu（ClO4）2·6H2O and NaOH in a mixed solvent of DMF, EtOH and water at 65 ℃. The compound 1 contains three chiral centers （C, N and Cu）, and the 2D lattices in compound 1 are further stacked together to form a 3D supramolecular network linked by strong hydrogen bonding interactions.
