摘　　要：维生素D作为一种免疫调节剂,在肺部微环境的免疫中发挥重要作用。维生素D可以在肺组织中激活并与相应的受体结合而发挥免疫作用,本文将从维生素D的代谢及生理作用、活性维生素D在肺内的产生及免疫作用、维生素D与哮喘的关系等方面进行综述。Vitamin D as an immune regulator, playing an important role in the lung. Vitamin D can be activated in the lung tissue and binding to its receptor then take part in the immune function. This article will describe the Vitamin D metabolism and the physiological, activeted Vitamin D producted in the lung, this review also consider the role of Vitamin D on the asthma.
