摘  要:介绍了TEC喷射-流化床造粒机和TEC粉尘洗涤器的结构原理。针对大颗粒尿素装置开工运行以来出现的造粒机死床、斗提机跳链、破碎机辊子皮带断裂、振动筛软连接漏料、添加剂给料泵不能满足负荷要求、造粒机出口皮带秤皮带跑偏、振动给料器熔断器损坏、振动电机线圈烧坏等问题进行探讨分析,并提出相应解决方案。实施技术改造后,延长了清床周期,稳定了造粒工况,产品质量得以提高。An introduction is given to the structural principle of the TEC spray-fluid bed granulator and the TEC dust scrubber. An exploratory analysis is done of the problems in the operation of the large-granule urea unit, viz., i^3terruption of movement of bed in the granulator, skipping of chain of bucket elevator, breakage of belt on roller of crusher, funnel with flexible connection in vibratory screen and additive charge pump not meeting load requirement, deviation of belt on belt weigher at outlet of granulator, damage of fuse of vibratory feeder, burn out of vibratory motor coil and so on, and relevant solution schemes are proposed. After the update of the technology, the clean-up frequency is reduced, the working condition is stablized, and the product quality is improved.
