摘　　要：介绍了100 kt/a稀硝酸装置的建设、投产情况。该装置采用双加压法生产工艺技术,非标设备及"四合一"机组等均由国内制造。实际运行结果表明:氨氧化率可达96.6%,产品稀硝酸质量分数为58%～62%,尾气中NOx体积分数在(102～162)×10-6,且热能回收利用好,外供蒸汽量可达2.3 t/h。A presentation is given of the construction and putting into operation of 100 kt/a dilute nitric acid unit. The unit uses dual-pressure process and technology, non-standard equipments and ＂four-in-one＂ unit are all made domestically. The actual operation results show that the ammonia oxidation ratio can reach 96.6%, mass fraction of dilute nitric acid product is 58% - 62%, the volume fraction of NOx in tail gas is （102～162）×10^-6, and heat energy recovery and utilization are good, quantity of steam provided is as much as 2.3 t/h.
