摘  要:介绍了一种光学玻璃块滚筒式自动称重分拣机。该分拣机采用差动测量原理,动态跟踪秤盘空盘重量,消除了电子天平漂移对称重的影响。分拣机由机械部分和控制系统组成,机械部分包括上料装置、称重装置和分选装置;控制系统包括硬件和系统软件两部分。控制系统硬件由PLC和工控机等组成,PLC完成分拣机动作控制,工控机完成称重数据采集和处理,工控机软件基于LabVIEW开发完成。实验结果表明:该分拣机测量精度为±0.02 g,分拣效率为2 s/件,满足了用户的要求。An auto weighting and sorting machine for optical glass blocks based on a roller was presented. The differential measuring principle was applied. The weight of the empty plate was tracked and the zero drift of a electronio scale was eliminated by dynamic tracking technology. The machine consisted of mechanisms and the control system. The mechanisms consisted of the feeding mechanism, the weighing mechanism and the sorting mechanism. The contro! system consisted of the hardware and software. The hardware consisted of a PLC and an industrial personal computer( IPC ). Movement procedure control was accomplished by the PLC,while data acquisition and data processing were done by the IPC. The tPC software was programmed based on LabVIEW. Experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the machine is ± 0, 02 g, and its efficiency is 2 s/set.
