摘 要:河口村水库作为控制沁河流域洪水的关键性工程以及黄河下游防洪工程体系中的重要组成部分,其设计洪水的分析确定对整个水库工程设计至关重要。对河口村水库坝址天然设计洪水、受张峰水库影响后的设计洪水成果进行分析,结果表明:对于五龙口和张峰水库同频、张五区间相应,2 000年一遇和500年一遇洪水张峰水库对河口村水库坝址设计洪水的洪量有加大作用,这是张峰水库先期滞洪之后敞泄造成的,但影响很小;100年一遇及50年一遇洪水张峰水库对河口村水库入库洪水的3 d洪量分别削减4%和1%。对于五龙口和张五区间同频、张峰相应的洪水组成,张峰水库对河口村水库坝址设计洪峰有一定削减作用,对3 d洪量和5 d洪量则没有影响。As the key flood control project of the Qinhe River and an important part of the Yellow River flood control system, it is critical for the size of the reservoir and dam security to analyze and determine the design flood. The paper analyzed the natural design flood and the design flood combined with Zhangfeng on the Hekoucun Reservoir dam. The results of calculation show that when the flood composition of Wulongkou and Zhangfeng has the same frequency and Zhang - Wu reach is correspondence, the function of Zhangfeng Reservoir is increasing to the volume of de- sign flood at dam site of Hekoucun Reservoir under the conditions of 2000-year flood and 500-year flood according to the operation order of flood de- tention first and then discharging by Zhangfeng Reservoir. The reduction of flood volume in 3 days of the inflow of Hekoucun Reservoir combined with the operation of Zhangfeng Reservoir under the conditions of 100-year flood and 50-year flood is 4% and 1% respectively. As for the composition of Wulongkou and Zhang - Wu reach having the same frequency and Zhangfeng correspondence, the Zhangfeng Reservoir has a certain reduction function on design flood peak of the dam site of Hekoucun Reservoir and there is no influence to the 3-day and 5-day flood volumes.
