摘　　要：为了满足油库或化工等场合的物料流量精确控制的要求,以单片机为核心设计的液体动态质量流量控制仪,可以对管道中的液体的流量、流速等进行动态测量,重点在于对液体温度的全程跟踪、实时密度补偿,确保计量精度不受介质温度变化所影响。实验证明:该装置具有稳定性好、精度高、功能全、性能价格比高等优点,满足一般工业现场的需求。In order to meet the requirements of fuel depot or chemical and other occasions about controlling precisely material flow.The design of liquid dynamic mass flow controller based on MCU was prsented.It can dynamicly measure the flow of liquid and velocity in the pipeline.Emphasis is on the follow-up to the liquid temperature and real-time density compensation,to ensure that the measurement precision is not affected by the media temperature changes.Experiment proves that this device has the advantages of good stability,high precision,complete functions and high performance to price,which can meet the requirements of the general industrial field.
