摘 要:针对模拟电路构成的SPWM细分驱动电路硬件电路复杂、调试与维护困难的现状,设计了一个数字化步进电机细分驱动控制器。主电路功率器件采用智能功率模块,控制电路主要由可编程三相SPWM芯片SLE4520和单片机组成。采用等面积双极性调制的控制算法,对三相步进电机定子绕组电流进行正弦细分,选择合适的区段数和每个区段的等宽脉冲个数,可实现步矩角的等步距、高精度细分。电路简单,运行稳定,细分精度高,具有一定的推广应用价值。In allusion to the situation that complex hardware circuit,commissioning and difficult maintenance of SPWM micro-stepping driver which was composed of analog circuit,a digital stepper motor subdivision driver was designed.Intelligent power module was used for main circuit power devices,control circuit mainly consisted of programmable three-phase SPWM chip SLE4520 and single chip microcomputer.And the control algorithm of homalographic bipolar modulation was used for sine subdivision of three-phase stepper motor stator windings current.Selected appropriate section number and constant width pulse number each section,step torque angle with equal-stride-angle and high precision segmentation can be achieved.The driver has simple circuit,stable operation,segmentation accuracy,has certain high application value.
