摘　　要：介绍了河口村水库工程区地形、地质条件及水文、气象条件。设计中,结合当地交通现状及规划情况,考虑了既满足施工期运输要求,又提高工程运行期防汛抢险可靠程度,还能够服务于地方等因素,对外交通选择新修坝址至裴村外线道路。根据工程布置特点、施工方法、施工机械配套和对外交通选用公路运输等特点,修建场内交通线路。经综合分析,河口村水库工程施工的交通、水电、通信、物资供应等条件优越,水文资料详尽,已具备工程施工的条件。This paper described the topography, geological, hydrological and weather conditions of Hekoucun Reservoir. During the design, we selected the outside road from new dam site to Peicun Village combining with local traffic situation and planning, considering the construction period that meet the transport requirements, not only improving the reliability of the flood control project operation, but also to serve the local and other factors. Field traffic routes will be built according to the project layout features, construction methods, construction equipments and external transport features, etc. After comprehensive analysis, the transportation, water and power for Hekoucun Reservoir and hydrological data is in detail. , supplies and other conditions are favorable
