亚洲新兴经济体服务贸易竞争力比较研究——基于亚洲“四小龙”服务贸易数据分析

摘　　要：本文采用服务贸易国际竞争力常用评价指标体系,对亚洲新兴经济体—亚洲"四小龙"的服务贸易国际竞争力进行了比较分析。研究表明:中国香港的服务贸易国际竞争力最强,优势部门为运输和金融;新加坡服务贸易发展最为迅速;中国台湾和韩国服务贸易处于较低水平,但韩国的政府服务遥遥领先,建筑业已处于世界先进水平。在此基础上,提出应加强亚洲"四小龙"的服务贸易合作,形成优势互补,提高国际竞争力。With the rapid development of economic globalization,the important feature of structural changes in the world economy is that service industry become the main global economic entity. Trade in services in the field of in- ternational trade becomes more prominent,and it has already became an impor- tant criterion to measure the competitiveness of a country. Taiwan,Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore,are four successful economies in East Asian. Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the representatives of the Asian emerging economies,such as BRIC and four Asian Tigers,have gradually became a new driv- ing force in the world economy. In this paper,the common evaluation system of international competitiveness of trade in services,such as MS, TC, RCA, CA and NRCA,are used to comparatively analyze competitiveness of trade in services of four Asian Tigers. The Studies have shown that the most competitive economy is Hong Kong,and its advantagous departments are transport and financial;the trade in services in Singapore is fastest growing;Taiwan and South Korea are at a low level of trade in services,but the government services in South Korea is ahead of other Department,and the construction industry has already reach high level in the world. On this basis,the advice of strengthening the cooper- ation among four Asian Tigers in service are put forward in order to form the complement of advantages and enhance international competitiveness.
