N-CWS载体栓对白念珠菌性阴道炎模型家兔的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的通过家兔模型实验,考查红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)载体栓对白念珠菌阴道炎的治疗效果,为研发此类生物制剂提供科学依据。方法构建家兔白念珠菌性阴道炎模型,以剂量为120μg的N-CWS载体栓作为试验组,同时设定"妇康载体栓"组,空白基质载体栓组,模型对照组,每天阴道内给药1次,连续给药7 d,第8 d涂抹取材作转阴率检查,处死后取阴道组织作病理学检查,研究其治疗效果。结果试验组与"妇康载体栓"组相近,组间无显著性差异(P>α'),明显优于空白栓组和模型对照组,组间有显著性差异(P<α');试验组能修复黏膜上皮细胞,清除炎性细胞,治疗后阴道组织无充血、水肿,溃疡消失。结论 N-CWS载体栓是治疗白念珠菌性阴道炎有效的生物制剂。Objective To study the treatment effect on candida albicans by using N-CWS to rabbit models and offer scientific basis for this kind of biological agents.Methods Animal-models of fungi vaginitis were constructed.The doses of experimental group were 120 μg respectively,and ＂Fukang carrier suppositories＂ and matrix carrier suppositories were used in the control group.The suppositories were inserted to vagina once a day for 7 days.The samples were collected in 8th day and made to check negative rate,then put to death and made to check vaginal tissue.Results There was no significant difference between treatment group and ＂Fukang suppositories＂（Pα′）.Treatment group were better than matrix carrier suppositories and models,there was significant difference between them（Pα′）.Treatment group could repair mucosa epithelial cells and models,there were no congestion,edema and sore after treatment.Conclusion N-CWS carrier suppositories are the effective biological agents to treat Candida albicans vaginitis.
