经腹膜后腹腔镜去顶术治疗肾囊肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的手术方法和疗效。方法回顾分析2009年7月至2010年12月应用经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗66例肾囊肿的临床资料。结果 66例手术均获得成功,术中无中转开放手术,无严重并发症出现,手术时间30～90 min(平均55 min),术后3～7 d(平均5.3 d)出院,随访5～8月(平均6个月),均未复发。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术创伤小,并发症少,恢复快,安全有效,可取代传统开放手术。Objective To explore the procedures and effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing.Methods By means of Retrospective analysis of clinical data of retroperitoneal laparoscopic kidney cyst unroofing applied to the treatment of 66 cases of renal cysts from July 2009 to December 2010.Results All the 66 operations were successful,no conversion to open surgery and no severe complications occurred.The operation time was 30～90 min（an average of 55 min）.The hospital stay was 3～7 d（an average of 5.3 d）.All of the cases were followed up for 5～8 months（an average of 6 months）,and no patient recurred.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing,minimally invasive,safe and effective,with less complications and more rapid recovery,can replace the conventional open surgery.
