摘　　要：分析了国内外地下空间开发利用现状,探讨了南昌市地下轨道交通建设的必要性和可行性,提出了南昌市地下空间开发利用的可持续发展策略,对南昌市地下空间开发利用具有一定的参考意义。Analyzed the domestic and foreign underground space development and utilization status in the text. The importance and feasibility of the unban rail transit construction in Nanchang city was discussed, proposed the Nanchang underground space development and utilization of sustainable development strategy, it provides a certain reference significance to the Nanchang underground space development and utilization.
