摘  要:采用XRD、化学分析及热力学分析对含高砷烟尘火法提取白砷实验过程进行了研究。结果显示:在炉顶温度控制在800~1 200℃的条件下,As2O3以双分子As4O6形态挥发,进入冷凝室分解得到白砷。由于炉内温度偏高,还有SnO的挥发以及铅化合物的分解及挥发,导致白砷纯度难以提高。另外,偏高温度还易使渣相中砷酸盐生成而不能挥发,从而导致渣中砷含量偏高而锡不能很好富集,砷-锡分离不完全。White arsenic extraction from high arsenic fume experiment is researched by XRD, chemical analysis method and thermodynamics analysis, the experiment results show: while the temperature of furnace roof is controlled at 800 - 1 200℃, As2O3 shall volatilize in the form of As4 O6 , then it enters into the condenser chamber, and decomposes to white arsenic ; due to the temperature inside the furnace is too high, SnO also volatilized, and lead compounds also resolved and volatilized, the purity of white arsenic is difficult to improve; furthermore, high temperature can generate arsenate easily in slag phase, so the arsenic content in the slag is on the high side, so that tin cannot be enriched very well, arsenic and tin cannot be separated completely.
