老年人突发性聋33例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响老年人突发性聋的临床因素及预后情况。方法收集5年来复旦大学附属华东医院耳鼻喉科收治的33例老年人突发性聋患者的临床资料。结果发病时间越短，不伴高血压及耳鸣的老年患者预后较好。采用营养神经、扩张血管、抗凝血、糖皮质激素治疗老年人突发性聋有效，早期治疗预后较好。结论老年人突发性聋治疗效果与病程长短、治疗早晚及伴发病症有关。综合性治疗可提高疗效。Objective To investigate the prognosis and clinical factors that influence idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss in the elderly patients. Methods Clinical information of 33 elderly patients with idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss who were treated in Huadong hospital for 5 years was analyzed. Results Better prognosis had been acquired in patients with short interval between onset and treatment, without hypertension or tinnitus, by applying neuro-nutrints, vasodilator, anticoagulant, and glucocorticoid. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of aged idiopathic sudden sensorincural hearing loss is related with interval between onset and treatment and complications, which increases under comprehensive therapy.
