北极狐CETP基因多态性与生产性能相关性分析

摘　　要：采用PCR-SSCP技术对大兴安岭地区养殖的北极狐胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)基因的外显子和5'侧翼序列进行遗传变异的分析,以探讨北极狐CETP基因的多态性与生长性能之间的关系。结果表明:在其5'侧翼序列存在多态性,存在3种基因型(AA、BB、AB)。在这个北极狐群体中所占的比例分别AA是0.019%,BB是0.778%,AB是0.203%;同时利用SPSS13.0软件分析其多态与生产性能之间的关系,结果北极狐CETP基因的多态性与其生长性能之间不存在显著性的差异(P>0.05)。By PCR-SSCP technique Daxinganling arctic fox breeding areas of cholesterol ester transfer protein gene and flanking exon sequences analysis of genetic variation to investigate the arctic fox CETP gene genetic characteristics.The results showed that：in its 5＇flanking sequence polymorphism,there were three kinds of genotypes（AA,BB,AB）.Arctic fox population in the proportion of AA,respectively,was 0.019%,BB was 0.778%,AB was 0.203%,while using of software analysis SPSS13.0 polymorphisms and the relationship between performance results and more states and their growth performance existed between the difference was significant（P0.05）.
