摘 要:实验选取240尾团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala),对全长、体高、体重、体长、头高、头长、头宽、尾柄长、尾柄高、背区前长、吻长、眼后头长、背鳍基长、臀鳍基长、腹鳍前长、臀鳍前长、鼻间距和眼径等18个形态性状进行了测量。运用相关分析、多元回归分析和通径分析研究17个形态性状对体重的影响。相关分析结果表明,团头鲂的大部分形态性状与体重间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。通过多元回归分析发现,只有全长(P1)、体高(P2)、尾柄高(P3)、背前区长(P4)、吻长(P5)、背鳍基长(P6)、臀鳍基长(P7)、臀鳍前长(P8)、鼻间距(P9)和眼径(P10)对体重的回归系数达到显著水平(P<0.05),构建的方程为:y=-1226.370+14.749P1+46.953P2+29.983P3+10.082P4-52.755P5+27.823P6+21.749P7+10.444P8-29.445P9+53.868P10。剔除回归系数不显著的形态性状后,通径分析结果表明,体高和全长均直接作用于体重,二者对体重的通径系数分别为0.326和0.272,可以作为预测团头鲂体重的主要形态性状。通过对团头鲂的全长、体高和体重间的回归分析发现,体重与全长和体高之间都为等速生长。Effects of 17 morphometric traits on body weight of Megalobrama amblycephala were analyzed,using correlation analysis and path analysis.The total of 240 individuals were chosen for body length,head length,head depth,head width,caudal peduncle length,caudal peduncle width,pre-dorsal-length,pre-orbital-length,post-orbital-length,length of dorsal fin,length of anal fin,pre-pelvic-distance,pre-anal-distance,distance between the nostrils and left eye diameter measurements.Results of correlation analysis showed that there were significantly correlations between most of morphometric traits and body weight (P 0.01).According to the regression coefficient test,6 morphometric traits were excluded from the optimal multiple linear regression equation,y=-1226.370+14.749P 1 +46.953P 2 +29.983P 3 +10.082P 4-52.755P 5 +27.823 P 6 + 21.749P 7 + 10.444P 8-29.445P 9 + 53.868P 10 (P 0.05).Path analysis results indicated that the body total length could well predict body weight,since their path coefficients were largest,0.326 and 0.272,respectively.The power of regression equation of body weight on total length was close to 3,indicating the body weight of M.amblycephala grew isometrically with its total length and body depth.
